Meet Founder and Managing Director

Awit work in the Human Services sector. Currently working in Child Protection system. She is the founder & current managing director  of Nhom Lau Coaching, a life coaching business. 

Her educational background is in counselling, Social Sciences and International Development. She is passionate about working with individuals, groups, and communities to create social change. Her work experiences have revolve around working with Newly arrived communities in Australia; academic research, group facilitation and individual support.Her extracurricular activities involve singing and creating music, volunteering in the local and international communities.
